Hansa-isms

Thinks Hansa calls Dinosaurs ("dye-soars"):
  • Reindeer lawn decorations (Xmas in the 'burbs) 
  • Zebras on the shirt she insisted on wearing two days in a row - we finally fought to put it in the laundry
Kaka-claus - Santa Claus

Bubbles - water 
      used to say "baba" and spit water out thinking it would become bubbles
      We corrected her when she started Puddle Jumpers

Bo/muk - milk

Nackum - napkin, which she thinks will be the end-all/cure-all for any and all spills, even when she is in the bathtub

Fruit:
MINGO- used to be the word for any and all fruit
Be-na-na
SI-MAN-NA: persimmon, mini pumpkins
pom-at: pomegranate
O-NAJ: orange

Puckin - pumpkin, persimmons early on

Mee-sow: music 
       Now it's mee-sic
